CABARAN CJB WEEK3: Detoxification

As u all know.. utk week 3 kita kne detox badan kita disamping sambil2 minum air 3L.. aku sgt kantoi bab2 minum air nih.. adoi maap kawan2..  kat sini i bg link2 berkaitan detoxification key.. u olz bleh ikot cara yg u olz rase seswai ngan diet u olz..

korang boleh buat colon and liver detox.. aku malas nak ulas panjang2 pasal detox.. cuma yang aku mampu cakap, liver kita kerja keras selama ni.. so kasi laa dia rehat.. tanda yang kau perlu detox ialah bila kau senang jatuh sakit, badan kau takleh sedut nutrient2 yang kau telan..
sila detox dalam masa 3 hari atau boleh dipanjangkan selama 7 hari.. cara detox? cari sendiri ahh weii!

Lot, kalo berat badan turun naik mendadak probably kena detox kan badan dulu, cuz accumulation of toxin nyebabkn berat susah nk turun. ko bleh beli juvanex 7 days detox programme kat farmasi or wat home-made detox (mcm mcm lemon etc pls google). bila dh detox ko akan hilang few pounds and if truskn bersenam dan eat healthy iA akan turun byk lagi.

  4. i'll work harder on this.. tp ape yg betty mampu buat je la for example minum air 3L, makan buah and sayur byk2.. hik hik.. sibuk sgt.. kekadang x sempat nak atur makan2 ni..
